Problem Statement
How can we create a solution that would have the potential to attract clients for whom haircare is a priority in Fryzerium 2.0, keep them coming back and encourage them to buy their products?

Research
Interviews
It was crucial to conduct research on the client as well as their customers. Initially, we carried out desk research to gather as much information as possible. And then we interviewed the owner and clients.
Observations
We conducted observations at Fryzerium 2.0 to understand the "mood" of the place, including aspects such as interior design, and the interactions between owners and customers. The results of these observations would inform the visual design phase.
Mapping
User Persona
Based on the interviews, we developed a User Persona named Anna Wiśniewska. Her goals, frustrations, objectives, and expectations helped us focus on the needs of the target audience.
Value Proposition Canvas
We created the VPC based on our user persona’s gains and pains to tailor our solution to their specific needs and aspirations effectively.
Card Sorting Test
After deciding what to include in our solution, we conducted moderated open-card sorting tests to find the best way to structure the information.
The image represents the most common categorization.
OOUX
We organized all the objects using Object-Oriented User Experience (OOUX) methodology. This approach facilitated the restructuring of the entire content by visualizing the information architecture of our solution.
Design
Moodboard
We created a moodboard to get a better idea of the overall visual style. We searched for images that reflected the essence of Fryzerium 2.0’s interior design and aligned with our observations and values. Furthermore, we also included actual images from Fryzerium 2.0.
Style Tile
We created a Style Tile to specify the design elements such as colors and typefaces. We also ensured that all color combinations have a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1, as regulated by WCAG 2.2 level AA standards.
Hi-Fi Prototype
